Senior Paid Media Manager (IC)

Senior individual contributor owning strategy + hands-on execution across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Pinterest, including creative testing and holistic attribution/reporting (blended ROAS / MER). No direct reports initially.

You’ll own paid media performance across core channels and build a repeatable system for testing, optimization, and measurement.

Full-time | Remote | Flexible hours

Channels Owned

  • Google Ads - Performance Max
  • Microsoft Ads - Performance Max
  • Meta (FB/IG)
  • Pinterest
  • Test budget for new channels (e.g., Houzz, Reddit, etc.) based on category fit

Job Responsibilities

  1. Own day-to-day execution across paid channels
  2. Optimize budgets, targeting, and structure to improve profitability
  3. Launch campaigns for new assortments and priorities
  4. Lead creative testing (briefs → tests → learnings → iterations)
  5. Build “single source of truth” reporting (Triple Whale or similar)
  6. Standardize UTMs/naming to reduce inflated platform ROAS
  7. Share weekly results + next-step action plan

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

  • Blended ROAS/MER dashboard live (Triple Whale or similar)
  • UTMs + naming consistent across every channel
  • Clear creative testing cadence + documented learnings
  • Smarter budget allocation across channels tied to profit

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years in paid media for ecommerce (hands-on)
  • Advanced Google Ads + Microsoft Ads experience
  • Strong Meta experience (Pinterest strongly preferred)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Google Analytics experience (GA4 preferred)

Other Beneficial Skills

  • Triple Whale (or similar) experience
  • Product feed / Merchant Center experience
  • Affiliate marketing experience
  • Plant/gardening interest

Compensation and Expectations

  • Full-time
  • Pay: based on experience
  • Bonus: end-of-spring-season bonus based on company performance
  • Background check required
  • Reliable home internet
