With this one you get beautiful blooms and tasty fruit! The red blooms and fruit are paired with green foliage and a mounded definitely makes a statement. This continuous bloomer produces fruit from late spring to early fall. Berries can be harvested as soon as they are red in color. Remove spent blooms and trim overgrown runners as necessary. You can expect a good yield in the first season. These snack sized berries are perfect for jam making.

The Berried Treasure Red Strawberry does best when planted in the spring. It was bred for its use in containers but will do well in gardens or runners. When planting, use average to fertile soil and ensure it remains moist. Clear spent blooms as necessary. Apply fertilizer regularly to ensure a higher yield. Spacing for this plant is eight to twelve inches, center on center.

Growing Berried Treasure Red Strawberries

During the first growing season the Berried Treasure strawberries will produce an impressive yield. Plant in full sun for best results. This plant will reach a height of twelve to sixteen inches with a spread of eighteen to twenty-four inches. Plant in a container for amazing results.
