Evergreen-tone is a premium plant food designed for pine, fir, spruce, and other evergreens. Made from 100% natural and organic ingredients, it provides long-lasting, slow-release nutrients. Evergreen-tone is enhanced with humates, beneficial microbes, and elemental sulfur to promote deep green foliage and soil acidity. For Use On

Suitable for all evergreen trees and shrubs.

When To Use

• Apply in spring and late fall (use half the spring amount in fall).
• Avoid applying to frozen soils.

How Much To Use

Trees: Apply 1 lb. per inch of trunk diameter. For trunks 3 inches or larger, use triple the amount.

Shrubs: Use 1 cup per foot of drip line diameter. Double the amount if the diameter is 3 feet or larger.

New Beds: Mix 10 lbs. per 100 sq. ft. into the top 4-5 inches of soil.

Established Beds: Apply 5 lbs. per 100 sq. ft.

New Potted Plants: Mix 2 cups per cubic foot of soil (1.5 tbsp. per quart).

Established Potted Plants: Sprinkle 1 tsp. per 3″ of pot diameter along the outer edge of the soil and water thoroughly.

How To Apply

For Shrubs: Sprinkle the recommended amount around the drip line and water well. If mulched, either temporarily remove the mulch or apply double the amount on top of it.

For Trees: Dig 3″ wide, 12-18″ deep holes around the drip line, spaced 2-3′ apart. Evenly distribute Evergreen-tone into the holes, backfill with soil, and water thoroughly.
