The flower heads make for stunning fall interest. This perennial will reach a height of up to twenty-six inches. It has a spread of sixteen to twenty-two inches. The upright habit makes it a great addition to containers as a thriller. It is stunning in mixed perennial borders. Use its cut flowers in arrangements and its flowers dry out well. This coneflower can be mass planted and thrive.

The Double Scoop Cranberry Coneflower requires it to be planted in sunny and hot locations for best results. Soil can be any type as long as it is well drained. This coneflower will tolerate different levels of Ph as well. It has average water needs and is drought tolerant once established. Fertilizer should be applied in the spring. Deadheading should be done immediately to encourage continuous rebloom. Trimming and pruning are not required.
