For a graceful palette of pink, honey-tinted, and silvery foliage, choose the Flower Pillow Panna Cotta Combination. It merges the sweet tones of Supertunia® Honey Petunia and Superbells® Pink Calibrachoa with a trailing accent of Silver Falls™ Dichondra. Each component displays color from late spring into fall, offering a reliable burst of seasonal charm. This trio adds subtle texture and dimension to hanging baskets, window boxes, and patio planters.
Supertunia® Honey shows remarkable weather tolerance, while Superbells® Pink is prized for dependable flowering without the need for deadheading. Silver Falls™ Dichondra handles warm conditions well and helps deter deer with its cascading silvery leaves. All three varieties tolerate moderate watering and adapt to most sunny locations. Whether used in a stylish planter or an entryway window box, this pillow creates an eye-catching arrangement that fits seamlessly into any outdoor setting.
Flower Pillow Panna Cotta Combination Care
Set the pillow on top of a well-draining potting mix, covering it with potting soil until only the bases of the stems show. Provide four to six hours of direct light each day, and water routinely so the soil stays moist but not soaked. Feeding with a balanced fertilizer every two weeks encourages prolific blooms and healthy foliage. In our experience, maintaining a slightly acidic pH range helps these annuals perform at their best.
Occasional pruning refreshes the plants and promotes a fuller shape. Remove any leggy growth by trimming back one-third, then follow with water-soluble fertilizer to stimulate new shoots. In colder climates, this pillow typically grows as an annual since frost can damage the three plants. Gardeners in milder regions may see some regrowth if the plants are lightly protected over winter.
Flower Pillow Panna Cotta Combination Spacing
Give each pillow about 12 to 16 inches of room in flower beds or borders to allow sufficient spread. A container of roughly 12 to 14 inches in diameter accommodates the roots and provides enough space for top growth. If you prefer to mix in other annuals, opt for a larger pot to create a cohesive arrangement.
