This boldly purple Coral Bells will bring color to your landscape. Its leaves are very large and each one of them has charcoal colored veins. In mid-summer, pink calyxes produce white blooms. Dolce Wildberry Coral Bells provides year around interest and is a long bloomer.
The foliage is unique. Its large leaves are a deep purple with dark charcoal veins. Its white blooms begin to appear in mid-summer from rosy pink calyxes. The Dolce Wildberry Coral Bells is native to North America and resistant to deer. It is sure to bring all kinds of pollinators to your yard! The spread can reach up to twenty inches and has a garden height of ten to fourteen inches. The scape height is between twenty-six to twenty-eight inches. Uses include edging planting, mass planting, border planting, or as a focal point in your landscape.
Dolce Wildberry Coral Bells Care
The Dolce Wildberry Coral Bells much prefers to be planted in part shade, but it can tolerate full shade. Soil should be humus-rich, moist, and well drained. It will tolerate and grow well in soils with different Ph levels. It does have average water needs. Fertilizer should be applied in the spring for best results. Be sure to trim back dead foliage in early spring for it to look its best. Deadheading is not necessary for a long bloom season.
