Named for its foliage, the Swiss Cheese Plant gives an appearance of just that, swiss cheese. Its dark green leaves form splits and holes that are unique to each plant. It is a very distinct plant that adds character to any space. This plant is nontoxic and safe for homes that have pets!
Best Locations For Growing Monstera Plants
This plant has the ability to reach ten feet tall. It is best placed in family rooms, foyers, and kitchens.
Monstera Sunlight Requirements
A bright room with plenty of indirect or filtered sunlight is best. Place near a North or East facing window.
Monstera Plant Care
When planting or repotting, use a peat-based soil mixed with sand. Ensure soil is well-drained. Start with a fourteen-inch pot, repot every two years to a pot that is two sizes larger. To maintain a neat habit, prune stems as necessary and remove any spent foliage as needed.
Watering Monstera Plants
Water needs are average and watering schedules will vary. Water deeply and wait to water again until the soil becomes dry to the touch.

Fertilize every other month with a diluted feed for best results.

Once your plant is shipped you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Depending on the above criteria we’ll ship your plant(s) towards beginning of the following week from your order. We put together this helpful guide of what to do when you receive your plants in the mail.
