This Garden design with Dear Dolores Hydrangea will turn your front yard into a beautiful landscape. Its light ocean blue color works well with the contrast with green grass and tree leaves. This arrangement will grab the attention of any person who walks or drives past your house. This garden design is able to grow in zones 5-9, it is able to grow in my places in the U.S. Dear Delores Hydrangea is the main plant for this garden idea, it is simple to care for and requires limited maintenance. The bloom period for this plant is spring-fall so there are many options for when you want this garden design to develop.

The Dear Delores Hydrangea is a reblooming plant so it will be able to redevelop itself. This is helpful because you wont need to buy another whole plant. This design is easy to care for because it only specializes in one plant rather than a bunch of different plants. It is also a cut flower so it makes the perfect decoration for any home. It requires full shade to partial shade so it will fit perfectly in a front yard with plenty of trees. It is also flexible for any areas with mostly shade also. You can use this design in your backyard with a walkway or the side of your home.

Caring For Front Yard Curb Appeal Idea Plants

Taking care of this design is simple. It is necessary that you plant this Hydrangea in filtered soil. No specific type of soil is required, just make sure it's filtered. When spacing the Hydrangea make sure to space it 6’-7’ in order for the plants to grow to their fullest potential. When planting, make sure it doesn't interfere with tree roots. The trees are responsible for providing shade to the Hydrangeas so they can grow. Other than this you don't have to worry about spacing. You can also place shaders above the plants if you don't have trees already in the vicinity.

This design is full shade to partial shade so it is important that these plants aren’t in the presence of much sun. Make sure there are plenty of trees in the area or make sure that you install sun blockers for the plants so they won't be harmed. This is perfect for a front yard with a long driveway or as a backyard setup. The hydrangea also has benefits that will help you. It is a cut flower, so it will strive when used as a decoration. It is also a rebloomer which means you can cut the flower off and the plant will rebloom saving you time and money. It is a good idea to take extra steps to protect your plants from pests or deer because they don't have these protective qualities. You can use mulch to protect the roots of the plants and you can use pesticides in order to keep away pests.
