Anubias Nana Golden is the golden form of Anubias barteri. Nana is just as maintenance-free as its parent species while having lovely golden leaves that can brighten and add interest to an aquarium planting. Golden Anubias is an epiphytic plant that prefers to grow outside the aquarium substrate but can be anchored to the substrate, leaving most of the rhizome to grow above.

This is a plant intended for aquaculture and aquascaping. It can be grown in freshwater tanks with or without fish added. Anubias Nana Golden will tolerate more aggressive and larger fish, making them an excellent addition to any aquarium.

Medium or low light levels are acceptable. Bright light exposure will encourage algae growth on these slow-growing plants.

Anubias grows better when it can be attached to a piece of material to act as an anchor. Gently tie the rhizomes to a piece of rock, driftwood, or other item in the aquarium. Anubias Nana Golden has long-lasting blooms after the plant has matured.
